About Me
Mechteld is a deputy civil law notary. She focuses on (re)structurings, reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.
She specialises in corporate law and advises (listed) multinational companies on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions and matters, including international and multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions and corporate governance.
She has experience in all aspects of corporate work, notably (cross-border) mergers and spin offs, complex (multi-jurisdictional) capital restructurings, corporate governance, set up and reorganisation of holding and financial group structures and international joint ventures.
