About Me
Ashmita is a senior knowledge lawyer in our dispute resolution practice in London.
She qualified as a barrister from Middle Temple and subsequently re-qualified as a solicitor. Ashmita is responsible for knowledge management, training and business development for the Commercial Disputes Group as well as supporting the Global Antitrust Litigation Group and Class Action Litigation Skills Group.
She has practised as a construction and engineering lawyer acting on behalf of funders, developers, consultants and contractors. Ashmita has advised on transactions as well as assisting clients with dispute resolution procedures. She was also in-house lawyer at Staveley Industries plc.
