About Me
I am a Senior Associate in Freshfields' Antitrust, Competition & Trade team based in London. I advise both corporate clients and global financial investors on antitrust and regulatory aspects of cross-border M&A, including public takeovers. My practice covers a wide range of industry sectors, including the financial sector, pharmaceuticals, information technology, aviation/airports, agriculture and retail. I also regularly advise on antitrust compliance and have recently advised on a high-profile antitrust investigations by the EU Commission and US Department of Justice in the financial sector.
During 2016, I spent a year in Freshfields' Hong Kong office, where I advised on antitrust matters in China, Hong Kong and southeast Asia.
