Kim is a major projects lawyer with over 13 years' experience. She has supplemented this experience by completing a Masters in Construction Law at the University of Melbourne in Australia.Kim’s practice focusses on all construction stages of the project cycle, in particular compliance issues and investigations, contract administration, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. Kim’s mandates are often high profile, cross border and technical in nature.
Kim is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and Australia and a registered foreign legal consultant in Dubai.
She is chair of the committee reviewing the UK Society of Construction Law’s Delay and Disruption Protocol.
Kim is co-author of the Engineering and Construction Arbitration chapter in the recent Kluwer publication Arbitration in England.
